The address for delivery of your redemption can be amended at order stage. It can either be keyed in when you are placing your order online or by the consultant if you are ordering over the phone.
The contact phone number on your Rewards account is sent to us by Card Services. A permanent update of what you see online can be done by a Card Services consultant, however, the rewards contact number can be updated by a Rewards Centre consultant. This will be for the Rewards Centre to contact you with regard to your redemption and will not be visible online.
You can view the status of your redemption by logging into your account and selecting “Order Status” on the “My Details” tab. Please allow 28 days for delivery of your redemption. Also check if you have been left a calling card by Australia Post or a Courier advising of an attempted delivery and follow any instructions that they have provided to re-arrange delivery or collection.
If the status of your redemption is showing as “Despatched” and it has been more than 10 business days since the despatch date, please advise us in writing to the above address. Once written notice of the non-receipt is received, we will investigate and advise you of the outcome.
Application Bonus Points automatically load 4 months from the first activity on the rewards account. If these points do not load after this time, contact Card Services to confirm eligibility.
If you have switched to ANZ Rewards from another ANZ credit card, if your credit card is part of your home loan package or transaction account or, if you are an ANZ staff member and receiving staff benefits, you are not entitled to application bonus/start up points.
If you have more than one ANZ Rewards account registered to one customer number, you are able to pool your Reward Points. So you can optimise your Reward Points balance when it's convenient for you.
Yes. Login in to your account using your existing password, then select the “My Details” tab and click on “Change Password”.
Please enter a unique password containing a variety of 8 - 16 alphanumeric characters including at least one number and one letter. Your chosen password will be validated to ensure it complies with upgraded security rules to protect your online activity on this site. Avoid using places, your birth date, name, address, or any words from a dictionary (including other languages) such as “password”, “shopping”, “building”, “melbourne”. Adding numbers within a recognisable word will not pass system validation.
Yes, Simply login using the email address that you currently have set-up, then select the “My Details” tab and select “Edit my Details”. You will be required to login with the new email address the next time that you visit the website. To update your details on your ANZ Rewards credit card account please contact ANZ Cards on 13 22 73
If you are not an ANZ Rewards cardholder and would like to become one, visit anz.com where you can apply for the ANZ Rewards online. Alternatively, you can pick up an application form at any ANZ Bank branch.

How can I check my Reward Points Balance?
You can check your Reward Points balance online by viewing your account. The Reward Statement outlines :
If you have forgotten your password for the ANZ Rewards website, a temporary password can be generated. Simply go to the Home Page and select "Password Problem". Alternatively, you may call the ANZ Rewards Centre on 1300 367 763 8am to 8pm AEST Monday to Friday, excluding national public holidays.
Your ANZ Rewards offers you the ability to pre-select gift card rewards and we will automatically arrange for the reward to be sent to you provided you have met the Auto-redemption criteria.

Alternatively, you may call the ANZ Rewards Centre on 1300 367 763, 8am to 8pm AEST Monday to Friday, excluding national public holidays. You will need to have your email address or mobile phone number handy in order to set up an Auto-redemption over the phone.

For each individual ANZ Rewards account, there can be only ONE email address that will activate your account on the ANZ Rewards website. This provides a unique identifier for security reasons.
Log in, using your email address and password.
Check your Reward Points balance that will be displayed at the top of the page after you log in.
Click on Your Rewards tab and select one of the categories on the left hand side, or search by the number of Reward Points for a reward that you want to redeem.
Click on the reward name to find out more about your reward, and view the Reward Points or Reward Points plus pay options.
Click on Redeem now to start the request process. Please allow for 28 days for delivery of your Reward.
Search for rewards by category. You can also search for rewards by number of Reward Points required using the "search by points" function located on Shop for rewards page.
Reward Points must be used to claim a reward within 36 months of 31 December of the year in which the Reward Points were added to a points record. Reward Points that remain unused after that period will be cancelled.
In the event your ANZ Rewards account is closed, any Reward Points that remain unused must be used within 60 days of the date of closure. Reward Points that remain unused after that period will be cancelled. Please refer to the ANZ Rewards –Rewards program terms and conditions for further conditions.
You can accelerate your Reward Points balance by using your ANZ Rewards Visa card at one of our Bonus Point Mall retailers.
The ANZ Rewards Bonus Points Mall is a new way to earn Bonus Reward Points online. Simply click through to the ANZ Rewards Bonus Points Mall once you are logged into your ANZ Rewards account and find the retailer you would like to shop with. You can find a list of all participating retailers through ANZ Rewards Bonus Points Mall by clicking the 'A-Z Stores' link'A-Z Stores' link. Any purchases you make via an ANZ Rewards Bonus Points Mall retailer will be tracked and you will be awarded Bonus Reward Points on the amount you spend.

If you are having problems trying to log in or activate your account on the ANZ Rewards website because the relevant page will not display, this is most likely due to the Internet Browser version that you are using.

As such, if you are using Internet Explorer 5 or less, you will experience difficulties viewing the activation, My rewards details and login pages on this site.

This message means our system may not have been updated with your account details. When you try to activate your ANZ Rewards website account the system doesn't recognise your details. If you have only recently received your card from the bank, it can be 5 business days before your account details are available in our system.
If you have had your card for more than 5 business days and you are experiencing difficulties activating your account, please phone the ANZ Rewards Centre on 1300 367 763.

Reward Points and Bonus Reward Points are not earned on cash advances and cash equivalent transactions such as the purchase of travellers cheques or gaming chips.
A Rewards eStatement is an online statement that will be sent to your nominated email address electronically. Your Rewards eStatement will include a summary of your account transactions during the period as well as new redemption options, competitions and bonus partner offers. When you register for rewards eStatements, you are electing to no longer receive quarterly paper statements and newsletters for that account.
Yes, once you have activated your online rewards account on anzrewards.com you can change your preferences on the “My rewards details” page.
